Azmar Air Co. was established in 2005 as an operating charter flights company, the first charter flight took off from Sulaymaniyah International Airport in 18th November, 2005 to Amsterdam. In addition to this flight our company operated its charter flights to several Destinations in the Middle East and Europe (Munich, Dusseldorf, Stockholm, Istanbul, Dubai and Tehran). We developed our activities by signing joint venture agreements with Atlas Global to operate 4 weekly flights to Istanbul and with Fly Germania to operate three weekly flights from Sulaymaniyah and the same from Erbil. Azmar Air Handling is the sole handling company in Sulaymaniyah International Airport. We support ground services to all passengers, private jets, ambulance and VIP flights land and depart from our field. Our company is a member in IATA (IGHC: IATA Ground Handling Council) and certified by ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for ground operations program). All of our staff are qualified and certified from famous aviation academies. With 16 years of experience, our Company provides ground handling services with modern and up-to date equipment according to international standards. 450 operators are on shift duties in both airside and landslide to provide a smooth workflow.
