Since our inception in 2005, Azmar Air Co. has grown from a charter flight operator at Sulaymaniyah International Airport into a leading ground service provider. Our first flight on November 18, 2005, marked the start of an extraordinary journey, flying passengers to key destinations across Europe and the Middle East, including Munich and Stockholm.
Strategic partnerships with airlines like Atlas Global and Fly Germania allowed us to expand our network, establishing regular flights to Istanbul, strengthening connections between Sulaymaniyah and Erbil, and offering convenient access to neighboring countries around Iraq.
In 2010, we took a bold step by shifting our focus from charter flights to ground handling, establishing ourselves as pioneers in the industry. Azmar Air Handling became Iraq's first locally-owned ground handling company, staffed entirely by a local workforce. Alongside our operations at Sulaymaniyah International Airport, we also serve as a handling provider at Kirkuk International Airport. Today, we deliver a comprehensive suite of ground handling services, including ramp handling, passenger and baggage handling, aircraft servicing, deicing, load and balance, and fueling-ensuring seamless, reliable support for airline operations.
Driven by innovation, we've expanded into Aircraft Refueling, Gourmet Catering, Cargo and Logistics, Passenger Services, and Booking and Reservation solutions.
